Only one person at desk to check in customers, previous customer took forever to get checked in and even though I had provided all driver info online I still took 15-20 mins to check in. The car - a hybrid - was very easy to find and drive out of the airport environment. The hybrid was very fuel efficient and should be used as much as possible for rentals now.

Despite Alamo/Enterprise's claim that they have a rental counter at Brisbane International Airport, they do not. They let you book and then 4 or so hours before your flight lands they send you an email that the counter is closed due to covid and make you head over to the domestic terminal to collect your car. Not practical and against current international arrival covid management regulations (can't travel on public transport)

The car was crappy and the service was worse. Called Canberra airport drop off and got some customer service who couldn’t give me the actual number to the drop off. Left something in the car and the car had problems and no one called us back. Terrible service and the car was a piece of junk. Unsafe. Won’t use Avis in the future

Pick up at the airport and drop off were all very quick and efficient. staff were great and fast. Expect an upsell for the insurance. Car was great (we got an I30). Should ensure you know where the petrol stations are before dropping car back as the closest ones are a couple of kilometers away! It wasn't until we got our confirmation email that we understood that picking up the car was going to be 6km away and that we would have to catch a free shuttle bus from the airport. This would have been good to know upfront at the time of booking. Whilst it wasn't inconvenient it was a surprise. It is better business practice to disclose the company you are hiring from too, Overall we had no issues with our transaction.

From the very beginning to end. our experience was perfect. The ladies at Apex Brisbane were very hospitable and professional. Picking us up from the airport in a very clean and tidy van, paper work was quick and easy. We felt very well taken care of. I will definitely be using them again and will highly recommend them to family and friends as well. I arranged for a hire car for one of our members but when he went to pick it up they said I had to be there he was in Brisbane and I was in Perth so that could not happen, I am now trying to get my money back.

The man who set us up in Brisbane was super lovely and made us feel valued right away. We enjoyed the car, and the only teething problem was me not being able to figure out how to open the petrol cap haha! Overall a great experience and would do it again.
