The gentleman was very pleasant. The car hadn't been cleaned properly or washed but we agreed it was ok. There was no parcel shelf in the car which was a bit of a concern when we had luggage etc.

Poor|Aug 2023

Booked for 16:00, office closes at 16:00! Any delay and employees (still there) won't give you your car; Only option : come tomorrow, we open at eleven. Abandoned on parking with kids and luggage in the rain on a parking lot in the middle of nowhere. And they proposed we get a car from Enterprise Clubcar in the meantime. Registering procedure is manual, was handled the next Monday and declined because we do not live in the UK. Such a bad experience.
