The vehicle was clean, a pleasure to drive, staff explained the Toyota hybrid drive well, including traps for young players. When I returned the vehicle, there was a long line which was not a good look for them. I think that they should consider prioritising the returns, as new rentals were taking ages, while returns were flying through once they got served.

the confirmation receipt emailed to me said pick up at 1200. I arrived at 1200 to find the placed closed. There was no mention of pick up BEFORE or BY1200 and no hours on the receipt. I could have easily picked it up earlier. Incredibly inconvenient. I had to make other arrangements and lost $118 insurance. I still get angry when I get reminded. I tried ringing the hire car company but they just kept saying 'so sorry'.

I booked online with price range and it was in American dollars, so I ended up paying a lot more then I wanted. I booked an Hyundai, which is what I drive at home. They didn't have one, so I was driving a car I was unfamiliar with. It had not navigation system. I was very stressed driving the car, and the girl at the check-in had no time to explain the car to me. Just handed me the key. I had to pay an extra $50 to be fully insured. Not impressed with Budget.
