The agents were excellent, they couldn’t have done any better. Although, they need more people. There was a problem in the car, lost 2 days of using it because the check engine light came on, called the road side assistance (make sure y’all get it, it helps really good when you need it) car needed to be towed as I wasn’t gonna drive an 1.5 hours back to the branch and missed my flight if something were to happen. Called Chloe, the agent helped hella quick. She offered and called a branch closest to where I was and had another car ready for me. Drove the car back to where I initially had the rental and spoke to another agent about the trouble, got refunded for the 2 days I missed using the car + the deposit back. Although there was an inconvenience, it wasn’t the agents fault, they helped out in the best way possible, and I was very happy. Great job!!!!

Customer service was really great. Provided a free upgrade which we truly appreciated. But the car was a bit to big too navigate through Downtown parkades and traffic. Something for us to remember for the next time. Otherwise top knot just service!

We had some car trouble along the way, but despite being in a different country than where we left from, we got a replacement car fast and easily. All service was excellent, I think I found my go-to car rental company from here on!

I was robbed of my money Hertz canceled 2 hours before pickup time and I cant get back my $776.74 to date. I cannot get anyone to talk to.

I arrived to the car rental facility and they didn’t have cars, even with my confirmed reservation. Very poor service. The attended was also rude when I asked for a solution. Very bad service. Had to pay a taxi to find another way out

Although the lady at the front desk was nice and helpful, in the end we had a smaller car than the one I had booked. Not the most comfortable ride. Wr had to wait a couple of hours to get the car.
