Worst experience ever. Called in the am to tell me they did not have a car but would have one later that day. I called two hours to verify they would have a car before close. They told me they were waiting on the truck to arrive with the SUV’s and were given permission to stay after close until all customers received their rental. Needless to say it’s been a week after my reservation and never received my rental. The company did not make any type of follow up call about my rental. I was forced to find another vehicle during my kids spring break. This reservation was made a month in advance AND they called me a couple days prior of the reservation to confirm. I will never rent from Budget again.

The car was advertised as being provivded by Eurocar and for pickup at the airport terminal. However, it turned out to be an offside provider. I was not given the name of the provider or any details of a shuttle to get to the pickup location. I had to take taxi at my own cost to the location. This also added a extra hour to my journey. If I had been made aware the provider was not located at the airport terminal I would have booked this car. I'm very disappointed with the false advertising and the inconvenience this caused my family.

The agent who helped me (Javier) was excellent!!!! The car was dirty (back seat specially).

Comfort, cleanliness, pick-up & drop-off were all excellent but the price paid on the spot was 35% higher than the "pay at pick-up" on the QEEQ voucher

They cancelled my reservation at last minute notice. Very upsetting.

They refused to provide the car I rented and stole my money.

I have a MAJOR COMPLAINT. I booked a car through Kayak. I was given an INCORRECT PICKUP ADDRESS on both the website AND in a confirmation email. The incorrect address I was given was: St Peters Street Maidstone, ENG, United Kingdom ME16 0SN This is conveniently located near a train station, and that is a major reason I booked. But there is NO EUROPCAR at that address! Instead, upon turning up, and calling Europcar for help, I found out that the real address is: Units 4, 8 Union Park, Maidstone ME15 9XT This is MILES AWAY, and it required a half-hour taxi ride for me to get there. --- Now, there was a separate issue, that I accidentally made my booking for the wrong date! I intended Tue 12 Nov, but accidentally booked Tue 19 Nov. I did not notice this mistake until after I had made the inconvenient, expensive journey from the incorrect address I was given to the correct address. Europcar there were able to help me with a new booking, and I cancelled the old. Notwithstanding the above, I would like to know how you will remedy the problem of the incorrect address shown on Kayak and in confirmation emails, and compensate me for inconvenience that caused.

Staff were very friendly. Pick up and drop off were quickly completed.

Excellent pick-up/upgrade/condition/cleanliness etc. But I filled up to Full opposite the hire location only to have the final emailed invoice claim it was 6/8 and $60 was deducted from my credit card. I phoned to query. They claimed I only filled to 'first click' and maybe the gauge wasn't working. (A ridiculous suggestion on a 44,000km car). Hmmmm. I suggested they go and try to fill it. They did so and lo and behold it needed (only) 9 litres. I was refunded $45. I honestly wonder how many people have received their final invoice which should say $zero and not looked at the automatic debit due to the car being 'not full'?

I booked to pick up the vehicle in Marchhooydore and Kayak somehow managed to send me 40km away to a sunshine pick up. I had to call the Philippines to change it

Just drop off the car took me more than 45 minutes. There were 3 employees and three customers to hire a car. Even pickup took me 20 minutes. With Hertz drop off has always been less than 5 minutes. Simplify your pickup and drop off. All the customers on the day were shaking there heads with disbelief.
