The service really down and down since this few years, worst service and worst facilities! Ask for a non smoking room, but the staff are smoke on the corridor and in the room. Room no soundproofing if you located at the absorb fan area, super duper noisy. Furthermore regarding to the toiletries, only thin bath towel, floor mat and one heavy chemical shampoo, no any other things like toothpaste set or slippers. Power outlet is spoiled and no hot water on our last day, but the hotel staff do not feel any apology. All the service we get really worst than a 3 star hotel.
