LikedThe staff were very polite!
DislikedStayed in a room below ground ( basement) Had to leave early as we had a medical emergency with elderly parent. It would have been nice to have got a refund even if it was partial. This was flatly refused Really disappointed by this attitude and would not recommend this hotel.

We had a very lovely stay at this hotel. It was conveniently located near the main attractions of Sultanahmet. Affordable restaurants surrounds the hotel as well. The staff especially Sam were most welcoming and accommodating. Every request we asked were granted. Should we go to Istanbul again, we would love to stay at Hotel Amira once again.
